Today the nursery children role played being weather reporters. They really enjoyed talking about the weather and finding the different symbols and putting them on the map. These two children reaslly developed their confidence and picked a weather symbol and placed it on the map. They then said,  “Good morning today it is ————— ”   sunny, or rainy,  cloudy depending on their chosen weather symbol. It was great fun as the children learnt alot about the different kinds of weather.

It looked like you were having a great time this morning talking about the weather. What do you think the weather will be like today? Please could somebody come to my office and tell me about the weather?
